At the outset we will sit down with you to discuss all the details of your project. In the design phase, we will regularly catch up and contribute to your ideas. During the build phase we will have regular catch-ups on site.

We insist on the highest quality finish every time and will build your home with love and tenderness, as if it were our own. It is our intention to exceed the Building Code and the wants and needs of your project. We also guarantee to use only the best sub-contractors and the best materials
Accurate Pricing and Invoicing
We are transparent and open in all we do – and guarantee all invoicing will be clear, concise and itemised as in our contract agreement. If and when variations happen, we will get your approval in writing, and not progress without your consent. There will be no hidden surprises.
Informed Timing and Scheduling
We guarantee to keep you fully informed every step of the way. This begins with our start time and, as we progress, you will be kept up to date with a timeline of the building schedule.
Completion Care
At handover time we check every little detail of your building project to ensure we have achieved our high standard of workmanship. We will undertake post-build checks of your home at 6 and 12 months with any workmanship defects fixed at our expense.
